Our Policies

By registering and making payment to TEFL Training College, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined below.

 Course Duration 

The course must be completed within three (3) months. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiration date of your course. The TEFL Training College will not be responsible for any failure to complete the course within the allocated time frame as stated in the terms and conditions upon registration.

 Course Extension 

Courses cannot be extended.

 Our Commitment 

At TEFL Training College, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and satisfaction with your training. 

 Certificates 

Upon graduation, you may order (for a fee) an accredited online TEFL TESOL certificate under the seal of the TEFL Training College, which will be sent to you via email. You can print the certificates in colour on suitable high-quality paper or card. We do not issue hard copies of certificates.

*If a certificate is misplaced, a new one must be ordered at the usual fee. We do not replace certificates for free.

 Course Transfer 

Please note that TEFL Training College courses are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.
