TEFL Training College

By registering and making payment to TEFL Training College, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined below.

Course Duration 

The course must be completed within six (6) months. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiration date of your course. The TEFL Training College will not be responsible for any failure to complete the course within the allocated time frame as stated in the terms and conditions upon registration.

Course Extension 

A free course cannot be extended. If your course expires, you will have to enrol again (using a different email address).

Our Commitment 

At TEFL Training College, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and satisfaction with your training. We promise to respond to your queries within 72 hours and operate an equal opportunities policy.

Certificates 

Upon completion of your studies, you will be able to download the Professional Development Certificate of Completion. If you choose to order an official/accredited Certificate, we will award both an Advanced Certificate in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and an Advanced Certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). *We do not issue hard copies of Specialised certificates.

You are responsible for all costs associated with the additional service of hard copy certificate delivery before we dispatch it. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for certificates that are not received due to postal or delivery issues. When you request a hard copy certificate, you authorize the TEFL Training College to pay for the postal service on your behalf, and all risks or losses associated with the service delivery are borne exclusively by you and not the TEFL Training College, as we are acting on your behalf. The TEFL Training College does not track items on your behalf. Please contact our office if you believe your certificate delivery has been lost, and a new certificate can be issued for a further fee.

Course Transfer 

Please note that TEFL Training College courses are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.
